Scope of Use:
Occupational Health, Safety & Quality Management System determines policy and generalities of the company's occupational health, safety & quality management system to implement the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007. In this Management System, all requirements relevant to occupational health, safety & quality management system are used in the Central Office, Qazvin Project and Venezuela Project.

• All Contracting operations, civil engineering, buildings, road construction, tunnel, railroad, dam construction and all urban infrastructure projects such as civil and urban installations
Chapter Four: Integrated Management System :
General Requirements:

Stratus International Contracting Company has adopted a management system in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 & OHSAS 18001:2007, and d the system in conformity with those ed in this Management System and maintained it. This system is based on mechanisms designed in standard which use eight principles of quality management and PDCA Cycle (Plan, DO, Check, Act) and moves constantly toward achieving occupational health, safety and processes improvement and/or environmental improvement in operations which finally leads to customer satisfaction and other beneficiaries and protect environment and provide healthy atmosphere.
The following actions have been taken in order to plan the integrated management system to meet the said standards and determine legal requirements and other relevant requisites:
A: All processes have been identified according to importance and scope of use in the company
B: Sequences and interrelation of key processes in framework of management, main and Logistic flow diagrams have been explained as attached in the enclosure.
C: Suitable methods have been considered to ensure that the identified processes and criteria of correct performance of activities and its control are effective.
D: The required and sufficient resources including hardware (equipment and machinery) and software (information) have been provided for different sections to carry out operation and monitoring activities.
E: Monitoring and Measurement Indexes have been considered in proportion to identified processes and each activity so that development process of activities are controlled and supervised. Data resulting from monitoring and measurement of activities are analyzed through theoretical and statistical methods.
F: Using the information collected from data analysis, different methods and activities have led to management system, product and process troubleshooting so that the company permanently develops its activities.
In addition, this company has planned and carried out occupational health and safety management based on Clause 4.1, 4.2,4.3,4.4,4.5 & 4.6 of OHSAS 18001 standard to achieve occupational health and safety objectives considering overall objectives of supporting reduction of health and safety consequences arising from activities integrated with quality management system so that it is interacted with social and economic demands.
To achieve success in the system, the whole personnel in all levels and organizational affairs especially managing director of the company, have dedicated themselves to carry out the system. At the same time, the processes effective on production and other activities such as calibration of measurement tools, personnel training, equipment and machinery repair which are carried out by the qualified contractors have been specified to ensure the accuracy and adequacy of actions, terms of supervision ed in the relevant instructions and finally, they have been defined in framework of assessment instruction of purchase resources by the office of warehouse and contract affairs based on the contract and the obligations imposed on the parties.
